Dr. Lechnyr has become my lifeline to a new outlook on life, full of hope and new possibilities! She is an amazing person. Her ability to help me see the positive from a negative is so refreshing! If someone is struggling, I recommend Dr. Lechnyr without hesitation. She’s the best!

Dr. Lechnyr is fantastic. I was having some seriously life-inhibiting issues with anxiety and stress at the beginning of our sessions. Now, even though I understand that there will always be stresses in life and some things that might make me feel anxious, I feel so much better equipped to handle these situations and many more using the techniques and tools that Dr. Lechnyr provided and discussed with me.
